And Now, One From The "Mainland."

The place is called 兄弟川菜 (Sichuan Brothers) on 162号 Dongzhimen Inner Street, Dongcheng, Beijing.  Apparently the architect of the restaurant is American and they had a photo and bio of him on the first page of their menu. All the staff wear blue jeans and this red, white, and blue plaid shirt - it looks like the kind of outfit you'd see at a Texas BBQ joint. Basically, it's a really good Sichuan restaurant with some very strange design.

Thanks to John for providing the picture and details.

King of the Bathrooms

Once again, courtesy of Erin S., who describes this swankerrific bathroom in Hsinchu in Hukou as a "30,000,000 NT bathroom near a temple. Swaggiest public temple bathroom ever. marble floor to ceiling."  Who says being religious doesn't pay off?

Hello, Baby Kitty

Okay, technically a nursery room, isn't a changing room a bathroom for little people?
